HOW FAR IS THE ACME HOTEL FROM CHICAGO ATTRACTIONS?
ACME is just blocks away from Michigan Avenue, in the heart of Chicago's River North neighborhood. We're located about a mile from Millennium Park and about 3 miles from The Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, and Soldier Field.

DOES ACME OFFER FREE WI-FI?
Yes, ACME offers Complimentary Wi-Fi (100 MB bandwidth) and a variety of other amenities.

WHAT AGE DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO CHECK-IN AT THE ACME HOTEL?
You must be 21 to check into ACME.

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER PARKING?
Currently we do not offer parking, but our front desk can recommend nearby lots.

DOES ACME HOTEL HAVE AN INDOOR POOL?
ACME does not offer a pool.

WHAT ARE MY DINING OPTIONS WHILE I STAY AT ACME?
West Town Bakery is temporarily closed but The Berkshire Room our craft cocktail lounge serves light bites starting at 5pm Tues - Sat.

WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check in is at 3:00 PM and Check out is at 11:00 AM

DO YOU HOLD LUGGAGE AFTER CHECKING OUT?
Yes, that can be arranged, the front desk will hold them for you until you are ready.

DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER? WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DOES IT HAVE?
Yes, our fitness center is equipped with free weights, heavy bag, treadmill, elliptical and weight machines.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE BERKSHIRE ROOM AT ACME?
The Berkshire Room is open Tues - Thurs 5pm - 12am and Fri/Sat from 5pm - 1am

HOW DO I GET TO YOUR HOTEL FROM THE AIRPORT?
Public Transit If you're flying into O'Hare, take the Blue line train into the city 19 stops to Jackson. Transfer to the Red line towards Howard at Jackson and take it 3 stops to Grand. Head north on N. State toward W. Ohio and turn right onto E. Ohio, we're located just down the street on the right. The fare is $5. If you're flying into Midway, take the Orange line towards Loop 7 stops to Roosevelt. Transfer to the Red Line towards Howard. Take it 5 stops to Grand. Head north on N. State toward W. Ohio and turn right onto E. Ohio, we're located just down the street on the right. The fare is $2.25.

Go Airport Express Go Airport Express offers daily, door-to-door service to/from O'Hare and Midway. They begin operations during the early morning hours and depart approximately every 10 to 15 minutes from each terminal. The average fare is $32. To contact Go Airport Express, call 1-888-284-3826 or visit their website.

Taxi There are Taxi Stands at the lower-level curb front (outside of baggage claim) at each terminal. Fares are based on traffic conditions, but an average fare from O'Hare or Midway to downtown Chicago is $35-45.

Rideshare from O'Hare Standard Services like UberX and Lyft: Meet your driver upstairs on the Departures level. Look for the signs "Rideshare Pickup zone." This also includes UberXL, UberSelect, Lyft Plus, etc. Luxury Services like UberBlack and Lyft Lux: Meet your driver downstairs on the Arrivals level. They are with other car and limo services. This also includes UberSUV, Lyft Premier and Lyft Lux SUV. International Terminal (5): Meet your driver downstairs at the Arrivals level.

Rideshare from Midway After getting off a flight, follow the signs to "Ground Transportation" and "Baggage Claim." When ready, walk outside and look for "Passenger Pickups" or a designated area labeled, "TNC/Rideshares." Call or message your driver with information such as Terminal, Door Number and any other information that will help locate you.

HOW FAR IS ACME HOTEL FROM THE MAGNIFICENT MILE?
We are less than a 5 min walk, the Mag mile is just a block and ½ away.

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE BREAKFAST?
Breakfast is normally available for purchase at West Town Bakery, but it is temporarily closed.

IS THE HOTEL FAMILY-FRIENDLY? CAN I GET BRING KIDS ALONG?
Yes, ACME is family friendly, just keep in mind that Berkshire does require that all guests are 21 or over.

IS THERE A COIN-OPERATED LAUNDRY FACILITY AT THE HOTEL?
Yes, located on our lower level.

CAN I BRING MY DOG TO THE HOTEL?
Yaaas! ACME is dog-friendly! You may bring up to 2 of your furry companions for just $50 per stay. (And if you have something else (maybe it meows), call the hotel, we'll talk. Of course, Registered service animals are permitted free of charge.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Due to new travel concerns, we have eased our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you call us at 312-894-0800 and let us know by 6pm (central time) the night prior to check-in to avoid any cancellation charges. Reservations cannot be canceled via email.

DO YOU HAVE COFFEE MAKERS IN THE ROOM?

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are just off Michigan Ave in Chicago's River North Neighborhood. In the middle of it all, the loop just a 5 min ride, grant park - 10 min ride, the infamous Mag Mile shopping - less then a 5 min walk.

DO YOUR ROOMS HAVE BATHTUBS?
All our rooms offer rain showers.
